1 - Service Nature
Hingines provides physical care and structured observation for cats. No physical goods or shipped products are part of the service.
2 - Booking and Confirmation
All services are confirmed via written communication. Once confirmed, services are reserved for the agreed time unless changed in advance.
3 - Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled visit by contacting us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations may not be accommodated.
4 - Refund Conditions
Because services are time-based and begin upon check-in, refunds are not issued after the visit has started. This applies regardless of visit duration.
5 - Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing. We aim to accommodate changes based on available time slots.
6 - Payment Clarity
All fees are communicated in advance. No surprise charges or adjustments are added after confirmation.
